Wow - such amazing insight and lessons any personal can put in their back pocket - whether they’re a business owner or not! Definitely will be experimenting more with what flow works best for me.

The creative toolbox concept is such a game-changer! It's definitely important to remember that art can be produced on OUR terms, not someone else's preconceived notions of success.

I didn’t know you had celiac! My husband does too. It’s a life-altering diagnosis. Trader Joe’s is a godsend for us too

I don’t, but Lynn does! But I am dairy-free and gluten/nightshade sensitive so most packaged foods (including Trader Joe’s 😢) are off limits for me. Another essay for another time!

Between me and my daughter’s sensitivities and my husband’s cut diets, making dinner feels like I’m competing on a Chopped episode! And I feel you on the mom brain.

Oh oh for some reason my brain separated those sections as different from the interview. Well empathy across the board then <3 Gluten sensitivities suck!
