Nice! I'll have to listen. Thanks for writing about this. I recently heard a podcast where they said just standing up every hour and walking from your desk was BETTER in the long run to decrease disease and dementia than intense exercise. (Don't quote me on that, but it was something along those lines!) Now I don't feel as bad for wandering into my kitchen every half hour, lol.

I've read the same scientific research as well! And I bet Riggs does a good job of reminding you to move :)
Great convo! You and I are on the same wavelength—I'm featuring my trainer in my newsletter tomorrow :)
Great minds think alike! 👯♀️
Oooh I’m here for the archetypes book on mature masculinity! 👏🏽 👏🏽
Yes!!! I also like David Deida's Way of the Superior Man for a more pragmatic guide on how to become a mature masculine male.
Another epic one! Thanks for the shoutout.
You're so welcome! I'll send an email to introduce the two of you soon.
Great interview! I will pull quotes from it and cite it when I talk to my clients about physical health.
Thanks, Coach! I'd be curious if knowing and understanding the science prompts a change in behavior...keep me posted!
