Thanks Sophia & Heidi - what a great conversation. Iβm a stop and go sort of journaler and I havenβt written one in months. I like the idea of a nebula notebook βοΈ β¨ Iβve started morning pages in the past and it never sticks for me so Iβm going to check out those prompts.
Prompts are definitely the way to go if morning pages seems overwhelming! I could see how stream of consciousness writing could be overwhelming for an Enneagram 5, where breaking down a concept could go on for the entirety of the universe :)
Only saying it because my hubby's a 5, also struggled with morning pages, and does a modified bullet journal with tabs, legends, and lots of gridsβwhich is my usual tactic as a 1 π€£ Sometimes I feel like creativity is going against our normal impulse to uncover the hidden depths of our subconscious...

Maybe thatβs part of the problem! I hadnβt considered how a brain dump may be challenging for a 5 π
